Juliana Nakubulwa is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with extensive experience in data analytics across diverse sectors, including public health, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), climate change, social development, and financial technology (FinTech) business solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University and a Master’s in Public Health Monitoring and Evaluation from Makerere University. Additionally, she is certified in Project Management Fundamentals by IBM. Juliana brings expertise in design thinking, programming, operations and evaluation research, project and concept development, as well as data collection, analysis, and reporting. Her work helps organizations and agencies assess program effectiveness and deliver actionable insights for improved decision-making and outcomes.

Career Objective:
To measure the effectiveness of programs and policies, enabling stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and make evidence-based decisions. By continuously improving intervention quality and outcomes, Juliana aims to drive business success and foster organizational learning.
